TAILORED TO YOU

This isn’t a one-plan-fits-all approach. Your training program will be specific to your goals, based on previous training experience and adjusted for injury prevention.

RESULTS DRIVEN METHODS

Quite simply, we know what works. You won’t need to be slaving away in the gym for 2 hours a day 5 times a week. Yes, you will need to work hard during training and it isn’t going to be easy, but, as soon as you start seeing the results of your hard work you’ll be pushing harder than ever.


NUTRITION PLAN


MACRO & CALORIE CALCULATION

Once again, this is not a one size fits all plan. Your nutrition will be formulated based on fool-proof calculations of your required calorie intake (weight loss vs muscle building) and macro nutrient split.

EDUCATION

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

We won’t just be telling you what to do. The aim is to get you to fully understand the why behind each part of your training & nutrition.

SUPPLEMENT SUGGESTIONS

Supplements have been given a bad name over the years due to companies taking advantage and misleading individuals in to believing they need every pill under the sun in order to lose weight or build muscle. The truth is, you can achieve your goals without supplements but with the modern day diet we are lacking in a number of important micro-nutrients. For that reason, we'll give you some suggestions of supplements that will aid your progress.

MEAL & RECIPE IDEAS

You won’t be expected to eat chicken & broccoli every day… and we won’t ever make you eat kale, unless you honestly want to. We'll provide you with meal suggestions, including simple recipes.


SUPPORT


INITIAL CONSULT

Before we start you on your plan, you will have an initial consult to get an understanding of your current situation and where you want to be. From there we will, together, set appropriate short-term and long term goals to establish a clear focus for you throughout your coaching.

WEEKLY PROGRESS CHECKS

Each week your trainer will evaluate progress, nutrition tracking, etc and give any necessary feedback to ensure we are staying on track to reach your goal.

ONLINE COMMUNITY

Access to a Facebook group for all ProgressFit clients where you can share stories, motivational quote, recipes, ask each other for advice and find that additional support when you are sick of hearing from me ;).
